Technical Prerequisites

To ensure our engineering team can deploy the architecture without delays, please verify you meet the following requirements. (Note: If you do not have these ready, you can still purchase now and submit them later via your onboarding portal).

  • Raw Linux VPS Ubuntu 24.04+ (DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner). We do not deploy to shared cPanel hosting.
  • Domain Access You must have DNS-level access to point your A-records to the new server IP.
  • Zero-Liability Access For maximum security, we do not accept root passwords. You will be provided with our Public SSH Key to inject into your server after checkout.
